Our Pricing
We appreciate the need to share financial risk with our client and recognize that our compensation should be closely tied to our client’s satisfaction. As we are a retained executive search firm, we require a retainer and an exclusive contract to fill a client’s open position. Our next payment is due only after we have completed the following steps:
- Developed the position description
- Generated likely candidates to fill the position
- Conducted a preliminary interview with each candidate
- Met with our client in order to thoroughly discuss each candidate and decide which ones pass on to the next step in our search process
The final payment is due only when our client hires the candidate.
