Our Process

Our process begins by thoroughly understanding our client’s company: its values, culture, business plan, market differentiation, competitors, and growth opportunities. Through this understanding we create a human capital strategy that will support its values, complement its culture and help drive its plan and growth strategies. Our research staff and partners will seek out talented individuals for open positions. Our partners will thoroughly screen these individuals through several interview sessions. References will be thoroughly checked. We will provide our client a meticulous written overview of the candidates we present for consideration and will discuss these candidates personally with the hiring manager. Only then will we present our candidates for review by our client.

Our process utilizes two proven screening methodologies: competency-based interviewing and emotional intelligence assessment. These are not "buzz words" but are methods that have proven their value in all industries by determining the leadership qualities of successful managers and the likelihood of their future success in other organizations.

We believe in constant communication with our client. Through every phase of our process we offer market feedback and progress reports. Once our client makes a choice, we aid in the hiring process as required. We do not stop communicating once the candidate is hired, as we guarantee client satisfaction. We always check back with both the candidate and the hiring manager to assure that both are satisfied.
