We will spend time at the beginning of any search to thoroughly review and
understand our client's needs, the requirements of the position and the organization
in which the position fits.
- We will then create a search strategy to support those requirements.
- We will launch market driven, real time and customized market research to uncover
the talent that fits our client's needs.
- We will thoroughly screen and evaluate potential candidates through
competency-based interviews and emotional intelligence assessments.
- Through every phase of our process we will offer market feedback and progress
reports.
- We will coordinate all client/candidate interviews and provide feedback to both parties.
- We will assist our clients in developing an offer and coordinate its presentation to the
chosen candidate.
- After the search is completed and time has elapsed, we will check back with the hiring
manager and the candidate to assure alignment and satisfaction.
