  • We will launch market driven, real time and customized market research to uncover the talent that fits our client's needs.
  • We will thoroughly screen and evaluate potential candidates through competency-based interviews and emotional intelligence assessments.
  • Through every phase of our process we will offer market feedback and progress reports.
  • We will coordinate all client/candidate interviews and provide feedback to both parties.
  • We will assist our clients in developing an offer and coordinate its presentation to the chosen candidate.
  • After the search is completed and time has elapsed, we will check back with the hiring manager and the candidate to assure alignment and satisfaction.
